Welcome to With The Flow. By using this app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
With The Flow is a personal AI life-coaching app that helps you build a writing practice, reflect on your life, and receive honest AI-generated insights. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 17 years old to use this app
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Access to full features requires an active subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
- You can cancel at any time through your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies
- Prices may change with advance notice
4. Your Content
- You own everything you write in the app
- You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (AI responses, autobiography generation, etc.)
- We do not share your personal writing with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Submit content that is abusive, hateful, or infringes on others’ rights
- Share your account with others
6. AI-Generated Content
- Responses from AI companions (Flow Friends) and autobiography summaries are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
- AI insights are for personal reflection only — they are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice
- Always seek professional advice for serious personal, health, or financial decisions
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, With The Flow is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data due to technical failures
- Decisions you make based on AI-generated content
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
